Code of Ethics and Termination Procedure: The member will conduct him/herself in accordance with the public interest and will adopt and follow a code of professional ethics that will discourage behavior inconsistent with the image of the Dennis Chamber of Commerce. He/she will exercise and insist on sound business practices in the conduct of his/her operation. Any member may be expelled by two thirds (2/3) vote of the board of directors present at a regularly scheduled directors meeting, for conduct unbecoming a member or prejudicial to the aims or repute of the Chamber, after notice and opportunity for a hearing are afforded the complained against.

Dues Policy: Once a member, the Chamber assumes that you wish to remain a member until we receive notification in writing stating otherwise. Therefore, current members need to let us know immediately if they do not plan on renewing their membership. We are providing services which will be invoiced until a written cancellation is received.
