The event raises $80,000 annually to support Habitat’s homebuilding program. Applications for homeownership opportunities in Brewster and Falmouth will be available soon. Habitat’s model allows future homeowners to build their homes alongside volunteers and purchase them at an affordable price, with deed restrictions to ensure long-term affordability.
