Mark Burgess has a degree in Ocean Engineering and 36 years of experience in design, development & project management. His company Shorefront Consulting, started in 2008, spends the majority of its time inspecting, designing and permitting shorefront structures. These include docks, piers, rock revetments, bulkheads, coastal erosion protection, dredging and other wetlands projects at the local, state & federal levels for both residential and commercial properties.
